Does anyone else get excited to wake up and eat the fruit they just bought at the store the night before? Because I’m hard core excited to eat my fruit tomorrow morning.

Hi there! It was a little over 2 weeks. I lost a good 10 pounds the first week and a halfish and then it kinda stalled out for about another week and half so I probably averaged about 5 pounds a week. I’m sure a lot of it had to do with water at first. Its been really slow lately. I’m taking my time though, I know it didn’t come on over night and I’m trying not to overwhelm myself. I kinda slacked off last week when I was sick, but just kicked it up a notch tonight by going to the gym. Thanks for the question! ;D

Grilled Avocado & Pepper Jack Cheese.  According to the original blogger, she mentions that this is the best sandwich she’s ever had.  I can’t wait to try it out, but I’ll use my lactose free American cheese that is only 40 calories.

I… feel… GREAT! I just got home from an hour long kick in the ass Ballet Body work out. It wasn’t your traditional tutus and leotard strict work out. It was a fun sweaty time. You don’t have to be a ballerina to do this either. It just takes elements from ballet (including using the barre) for certain workouts. I absolutely loved it. Don’t let me fool you, it wasn’t a picnic the whole time. The ab work out she made us do was killer (a little like pilates). If you ever get a chance to do a ballerina fitness class… take it! Don’t worry about being surrounded by twigs. Chances are they are all worried about themselves. I would be lying if I said that didn’t cross my mind before jumping into it. However, lets face it. You are all here for a reason, no matter what size or shape. To better yourself. So lets stop judging each other and give each other a pat on the back for taking steps to make ourselves better on the inside and out. Support each other people, because chances are you like getting support and so do they! Happy Monday everyone.
